The Office of Mass Housing Construction TOKI announced the next sale of a number of lots with a very modest initial and monthly installment.
In particular, as part of one of the projects, 2+1 residences (with two bedrooms) will be offered at a price of 300,000 to 378,000 Turkish lira (TL). the monthly payment ranges from 1,500 TL to 1,893 TL.
In another TOKI project, 3+1 house prices for lots range from 601,000 to 715,000 TL, monthly payments will range from 3,005 TL to 3,575 TL.
In the latest project put up for sale by TOKI as part of the mentioned promotion, the price range for 1+1 residences is from 318,000 to 392,000 TL, monthly payments are from 1,594 to 1,964 TL.
For all three projects, when paying the entry fee of 10% and above, buyers are provided with installments for 180 months; the installment begins from the month following the delivery of the TOKI house to citizens.
One of the very first programs proposed by TOKI in 2023 was the following. TOKI's goal is 2 million social residences by 2030.
Recall, it became known not so long ago. that the preferential program «My New Home» will also cover the segment of middle-income households, not only low-income ones.
