The municipality of Şanlıurfa sells 150 plots for residential development. The area is from 475 to 1650 sq. m. This land is more expensive for a residential purpose. So, the starting cost of the plots starts at 617,500 TL and reaches 2.64 million TL. The auction will take place on February 22.
There are several types of land plots in Ankara — "private educational zone" and "private medical zone". The area is from 6,000 to 8,000 sq. m. The starting price is from 1.44 to 1.92 million TL. The auction will take place on February 28.
