Preferential campaigns were announced one after another in the last days of 2022. The so-called "factory house" (ready in the sense of configuration, factory assembly) with an area of 70 square meters and a 2+1 format, that is, with two bedrooms, could be purchased for only a quarter of a million Turkish lira (TL), even taking into account the rapid increase in real estate prices this year.
Recall: for citizens who own a suitable plot of land, a prefabricated "factory house" is the most economical opportunity to get their own housing, especially since in terms of amenities such buildings are no different from "traditional" capital buildings. If it is not clear whether the land is suitable for the assembly of such a house, this can be clarified in the zoning department of the local municipality.
Before the new year, manufacturers of such houses announced the sale of some typical products from their line. So, the "factory house" with an area of 70 sq.m, as mentioned above, could be bought for 249 900 TL; with an area of 79 sq.m – for 256,900 TL. Some other formats were also proposed.
And in the fall, the authorities even provided subsidies to those in need for the purchase of factory houses, so that, taking into account a discount of 150,000 TL, it was possible to become the owner of such at a price of only 18,000 TL.
