The authorities of the Republic of Turkey announced financial assistance to those who do not have their own housing and decided to build their own house. They will be able to count on a grant of 0.2 million Turkish liras (200,000 TL).
Cash payments will be issued in the form of grants. However, there is a condition: only those who agree to build a factory «prefabricated house», and not, for example, a villa, can apply for a grant. Recall that factory houses are the most budget option for the construction of a detached building for a family: they are prefabricated, durable and very inexpensive.
It is not the first month that they have attracted the attention of families, especially in light of the fact that after the rapid increase in housing prices in Turkey, the cost of a unit of residential real estate has already exceeded one million liras. So, the burden of the housing problem – finding and arranging a rental, as well as monthly rental payments - for low-income citizens has increased even more.
To meet the housing needs of low-income families, the state regularly conducts social housing sales campaigns. Now another opportunity has been added: a subsidy for the purchase of a factory house.
The key conditions for participation in this program are as follows: a monthly income of no more than 1,833 TL per month, the presence of at least one of the conditions listed (elderly age or disability of a family member, a family with one parent, widowhood) plus the presence of ownership of land. Where, in fact, the factory house will be put.
Those who decide to qualitatively repair the emergency building in which they live will be able to count on financial compensation in the amount of 75,000 TL under another program.
Earlier, Turk Estate has already said that more economical factory houses are gaining popularity. It is not surprising that in recent months they have noticeably risen in price, although they still remain almost the most budget option in the residential real estate market.
