Favorable housing prices, which are difficult to find even in promotions from TOKI for the provision of social apartments, were announced by two large Turkish financial organizations at once.
Thus, banks have joined a program that allows as many residents of the country as possible to get a chance to acquire property: after all, the average price per unit of housing in Turkey is close to 1.5 million TL, and from groups with average and below average income, few people can afford to take it even in a mortgage.
The first is Ziraat Bank, which now offers residences with a down payment of only 8,000 Turkish lira (TL) and a monthly payment of 1,199 TL. They are offered at a cost below half the market price; for example, prices for residences start from 70,000 TL. In the assortment of real estate from Ziraat Bank, even a two–storey house with an area of 168 square meters with its own garden was found, the cost of which is only 81 thousand TL. The house is located in Diyarbakir.
The second financial institution is also a bank: Vakifbank. The company's website offers housing in installments for 10 years (120 months) with an entry fee of 10%. Here the prices are also more than acceptable: for example, a residence in the center of the city of Mardin is offered for 105,000 TL.
Not so long ago, Halkbank announced a similar action.
However, the Department of Mass Housing Construction (TOKI) also has the most budget options from time to time: for example, apartments in the province of Sivas with a monthly contribution of 1,000 TL.
