The state continues to support those wishing to prefer prefabricated factory housing, rather than traditional reinforced concrete. As part of the new campaign, the authorities are ready to compensate the buyers of factory houses 200,000 Turkish lira (TL).
Thus, if you choose the minimum format a la «apartment 2 + 1», then such a house will be available to Turkish citizens for a symbolic price.
So, as an example for the calculation, a 55-meter «factory» residence is taken-a house with two bedrooms (2 + 1). It will cost the buyer 219,900 TL. That is, when receiving a subsidy of 200,000 TL, if the benefit is approved, the owner will have to pay only 19,900 TL.
But even if there is no such minimum amount, you can use credit programs from banks. For example, Ziraat Bank offers a housing loan for 36 months for such a purchase: at a rate of 1.79% (for such an amount and term), the monthly payment will be only 811 TL – this is cheaper than renting even the tiniest apartment.
And as part of the previous campaign, which also concerned prefabricated housing, such real estate could be bought even without an entry fee. Before the New Year, Turkey also announced the sale of ready-made factory-assembled houses.
