Lower ground floor (street level)
The property grounds are entered through a gate at street level where there is also secure garage parking for 1 vehicle. There is also a room with fitness equipment (an exercise bike, elliptical bike, treadmill, weights and pilates equipment) located at the foot of the stairs for a good workout. Stairs lead up to the pool terrace. On the far side of the terrace is another set of steps which lead down to the games room with comfy sofa bed.
There is a TV, PlayStation 4, board games and card games. Also table football for some healthy competition. Plus an en-suite shower room.
Outside space
The reimagined outdoor space features a heated infinity pool as the centre piece, with an integrated bathing area furnished with two sunbeds in the water and a raised heated jacuzzi. There are further sunbeds and parasols placed around the pool and a shaded corner with leafy plants and a parasol to escape the sun. There are two grassy spaces on the terrace to sink your feet into, and a cushioned lounge set with table to enjoy your morning coffee. In front of the villa is where you'll find the shaded al-fresco dining area with a barbeque and small kitchen section with a kitchen/bar island and small refrigerator for preparing a feast. There is a sound system you can use with your favourite selections at the pool terrace. A poolside shower is also provided. Stone steps lead up to the first-floor balcony where the second heated jacuzzi can be found in a shaded corner with an ice bucket to chill your drinks. The roof terrace features three lounge sets, as well as table tennis.
Ground floor
The open-plan living space features a fully integrated well-equipped kitchen with stylish units and quartz work tops with breakfast bar and upholstered stools. In front of the kitchen area is the large wooden dining table with enough upholstered seating (10 guests) for everyone to gather around. Floor-to-ceiling doors lead out on to the pool terrace. A feature stone wall separates the kitchen from the snug lounge area with a large sofa (seats 6 people), plush armchair, coffee table and a flat screen smart tv that has two satellite networks and a very extensive IPTV package with English channels, sports channels as well as a lot of other international channels.
There is a french wood fireplace installed in the stone wall. Across the hallway is a small lounge area with two comfortable chairs to sit and enjoy the view. From this lounge area you can access the sauna room (4-6 people sitting capacity) and a guest bathroom through a small hallway. An 8kg washer and dryer can also be found on this level.
Bedroom 1: The first of the 5 bedrooms is located on this floor and is furnished with a double bed, matching bedside tables, a wardrobe and vanity station, a safe and floor -to-ceiling sliding doors that lead out to the pool terrace. There is also an en-suite bathroom in this room.
First floor
A central staircase which leads up to the first floor where you will find the hammam and 3 of the 5 bedrooms.
Bedroom 2: A king size bedroom with dressing area and en-suite shower room. The room is furnished with matching bedside tables, two chairs, two chest of drawers, a vanity station with a magnifying make-up mirror and a wardrobe with a safe. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors lead out to a large terrace. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful views across the bay. The heated jacuzzi can also be accessed from here, and there are steps leading down to the pool terrace.
Bedroom 3: A twin room with matching bedside tables, a vanity station with a magnifying make-up mirror and a wardrobe with a safe. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors lead out on to a large furnished terrace to relax with a cool drink and enjoy the sea views. There is a bathroom across the hall which is intended for the sole use of the twin room.
Bedroom 4: The fourth bedroom features a Queen size bed with matching bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a twin-sized foldable bed chair, a bedside bench, vanity station with a magnifying make-up mirror. There is also a separate dressing area with a large wardrobe with a safe. This room has also an en-suite shower room. A comfy sofa and a table sits by the floor-to-ceiling sliding doors which lead out on to the large furnished terrace with sea views.
Also located on this floor is a Turkish bath (Hammam) which can be accessed through the door located in the bathroom that belongs to the twin bedroom.
On this level, there is an outdoor built-in infinity Jacuzzi to seat 6-8 people, which features integral ice buckets and will be heated in the low-season months too. This is a beautiful space from which to enjoy the sea views across The Kalkan Bay, it can be accessed from either the front double bedroom or external stairs leading up from the pool terrace.
Second floor
Bedroom 5: The master bedroom features a King size bed, a plush end-of-bed upholstered bench, a vanity station with magnifying make-up mirror and an en-suite shower room. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors lead out on to the large roof terrace which commands excellent views across the Turquoise Coast. There is a table and sofa to enjoy a sundowner, table tennis, and around the other side of the terrace is a cosy lounge set with a large parasol. There is a gorgeous cactus garden and back garden where you can also sit under the shade.
There is another entrance to the property on this floor which is accessed by a flight of stone steps that lead down from the road above, where another parking space can be found.
All 5 bedrooms are equipped with a hairdryer, jewellery organiser, laundry basket, luggage rack and a dryer rack.
