At the end of 2022, Ziraat Bank announced another campaign, promising to make a number of citizens homeowners for a minimum amount: only seven thousand liras of the initial payment. This is a very attractive offer in light of the fact that over the past 12 months, housing prices in Turkey have increased by almost 200%.
In the current situation, it is the banks that offer the interested parties alternative options that allow you to take out a mortgage or installments on terms that you will not get from any other seller. Sometimes it is the so-called "collateral" real estate seized from defaulters, but at the same time high-quality.
So, within the framework of the current campaign, Ziraat Bank offers, for example, a part of a house in Samsun for only 106 thousand Turkish lira (TL), a residence in the center of Bitlis with an area of 150 square meters for 119 thousand TL, as well as a 2+1 apartment in the Beipazary area (Ankara) for 180,000 TL.
Since all this real estate belongs to the category of "secondary", Ziraat Bank provides housing loans to customers for these lots at an interest rate of 1.36% per month; however, it allows 90% of the amount to be taken on credit. Thus, the minimum initial payment for the cheapest lot was calculated as 7,000 TL, and the minimum monthly payment was 1,067 TL.
One of the previous "housing" shares of Ziraat Bank assumed a starting fee of 16,000 TL.
