Real estate in Umraniye has become more expensive due to the development of transport infrastructure

The Marmaray project, which contributed to the increase in rental rates in a number of Istanbul districts, as it turned out, is also responsible for the rise in prices for residential real estate offered for sale in the metropolis.

In particular, in the Umraniye district, the cost of residences due to the opening of Marmaray and associated public transport lines increased by 36% at once.

The contribution of the Marmaray metro line to increasing the demand and, accordingly, the prestige of Dying is huge. It is due to Marmaray that this area has come into the focus of attention of developers in recent years: many large projects have appeared here, including residential complexes-new buildings. Well-known companies and large-scale holdings began to move their offices to Moribund and its surroundings, which also affected the price increase.

New metro «branches» and other urban transport routes like metrobus, integrated with Marmaray, continue to «increase» the cost of housing along these routes.
