Auctions for the sale of land plots will be held in 40 provinces of Turkey at once, Sabah reports. The number of plots offered to interested parties for just one piece does not reach half a thousand: there are 499 of it.
The sale of land is initiated by the authorities, which thus provide citizens with additional opportunities to acquire their own housing: you can buy land and build a house there, including a very inexpensive factory house. Although such «on-plan houses» have risen in price, it is still cheaper than any other analogues built according to an individual project.
The land plots are being sold by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change. Online auctions will take place just the other day: September 21 and 22, at 10:30.
In particular, land can be purchased in the following popular provinces: Adana, Afyonkarahisar, Aksaray,Ankara, Antalya, Aydin, Balikesir, Bilecik, Bitlis, Bursa, Canakkale, Denizli, Diyarbakir, Edirne, Elazig, Eskisehir, Gaziantep, Istanbul, Izmir, Kahraman, Kayseri, Kyrykkale, Kyrshehir, Kocaeli, Konya, Malatya, Manisa, Mardin, Mersin, Mugla, Nevsehir, Osmaniye, Sakarya, Samsun, Sanliurfa, Tekirdag, Tokat, Ushak, Van, Zonguldak.
