Istanbul Municipality (IBB) immediately sells 5 land plots located in the districts of Kartal, Zeytinburnu and Kyaythane. The auction will take place on June 14, 2023 and will be held by open bidding.
Starting prices for plots - by the way, small, not exceeding 205 sq.m. - start from 175,000 Turkish lira (TL) and reach 2,858,940 Turkish TL.
Also, a plot of land - a much larger one - is being put up for sale by the municipality of the Istanbul Eyupsultan district; the plot is located in Kemerburgaz, the auction will also be held on June 14.
The starting price of this lot is announced in the amount of 137,205,600 TL, and the amount of the preliminary guarantee for participation in the auction is 4,116,168 TL.
