The cost of industrial land per square meter has increased by 50 percent in Turkey. These figures have been published by Emlak Kulisi, the construction and real estate newspaper in Turkey. According to the newspaper, the demand for industrial land and buildings increased in September 2020 by 45 percent compared to last year's September and by 71 percent compared to August 2020. The demand dynamics is reflected in prices for industrial property, which are growing considerably. So the rise in land prices per square meter in September amounted to 50 percent (compared to the same month last year). In addition, stocks of industrial premises were almost sold out, especially in the organized industrial zones of Turkey, where it has now become problematic to find real estate for sale or rent.
