The Office of Mass Housing Construction (TOKI), with the assistance of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, this week offered 365 land plots in 26 provinces at auction. Including such popular land purchases as Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir.
The purpose of the plots is different: for housing, commercial premises, commercial, industrial; tourist facilities, the territories of private schools, gas stations, parks and recreation areas.
For example, in Adana these are areas for residential development; in Antalya – for housing and trade. In Aydin we are talking about a zone of tourist facilities; residential and retail areas - in Elaziga. In Izmir province, it was possible to purchase plots for industrial facilities, agricultural areas and microdistricts, or a sieve. In addition, residential and commercial areas in Istanbul's Basaksehir have found a new owner. The terms of purchase are very favorable: a 25% down payment plus installments for 36, 48 or 60 months. Besides, buyers will be exempt from paying VAT.
The approximate area of all the lands put up for auction is 1,501,219 square meters, and their approximate total cost - 4 721 272 046 Turkish Lira (TL).
