It has been officially announced that a new project will soon appear in the Turkish capital Ankara. It is designed for 212 residential residences; the infrastructure of the complex will also include a shopping center with several shops.
The tender for the implementation of the project from the Office of Mass Housing Construction (TOKI) took place in Ankara just the other day, on April 2, 2023. Details of the project are presented on the official website of the Department.
Recall that in the spring, housing prices in Ankara atypically soared. Partly because more than a million people changed their place of residence after the February events; some moved just to the capital.
In addition, now it has become (or will become very soon) more convenient to get to Ankara from different parts of the country, due to the launch of high-speed electric train lines from Istanbul, also from Sivas and, finally, from Izmir.
