The 25% discount campaign started in Turkey just the other day: April 24. The newly provided discount was reported by the Office of Mass Housing Construction (TOKI).
Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum said that "...it's time for our discount campaign, which we organize together with TOKI twice a year." With this campaign, those citizens of the country who have purchased their own homes, jobs and land from TOKI will be able to take advantage of a 25% discount, provided that they pay the remaining part of the debt for residential real estate and jobs ahead of schedule. And a discount of 12.5% will be provided to those who bought land.
However, there are exceptions: those who bought apartments, houses, jobs and land for a long time will not be able to count on a discount, so they have to make 12 or less monthly payments.
The first information about the action was published on TOKI's official Twitter account.
Earlier it was reported about a three-month delay in loan payments for property owners in 11 provinces affected by the earthquake.
Not so long ago, TOKI announced the imminent launch of ten of its new projects in Istanbul, for a total of five and a half thousand residences.
