It became known who will implement the second stage of a large-scale complex from TOKI with a view of the Istanbul Canal - another future «transport artery» of the metropolis. We are talking about 716 residences; the announced amount is 763 million Turkish lira (TL). The tender was won by the construction company Yılkanur Inşaat.
We are talking about a complex in Arnavutkey, Baklaly quarter. The project will be implemented in five stages, and it has been frequently appearing in the news lately due to its iconic location.
The construction of residences overlooking the Istanbul Canal is planned to be completed in 650 days. The Ankara-based company Yılkanur Inşaat is engaged, in particular, in mass housing construction throughout Turkey.
In the first phase of the project, 844 residences are planned, in the third – 621 residences, in the fourth – 826, and in the fifth – 925.
Recall that from the very beginning of the work on the design of the Istanbul Canal, land in its vicinity began to rapidly become more expensive. They are bought by everyone who wants to make good money; both elite apartment complexes and villas are being built here. In particular, the company Elhaj Group, founded in Istanbul in June last year, put up for sale its land overlooking the Istanbul Canal with the explanation «suitable for those who want to obtain Turkish citizenship».
