Land prices in Turkey continue to dynamically grow in 2021

Experts of the Turkish real estate market recommend investing in land. Land plots are dynamically growing in price. Building plots have risen in price on average by 21 percent over the year throughout the country, farming plots - by 25 percent, industrial plots - by a record 50 percent.

The online real estate appraisal platform Endeksacom published the results of an analysis of growth rates of land prices in Turkey. According to the report, construction plots (arsa) in Istanbul increased by 54 percent over the year and the average price per square meter reached 921 TL (about €96). In Antalya province, arsa land has risen in price by 23 percent over the year and the average cost per square meter reached 546 TL (about €57). The highest growth rates of farming land (tarla) prices were observed in Antalya (27 percent over the year) and Izmir (26 percent). Endeksacom analysts predict that land prices will continue to rise in price throughout the next year.
