A whole block of bungalows appeared near Istanbul

The first area in Turkey, consisting entirely of bungalows, is waiting for buyers who want to settle in the vicinity of Istanbul. The name was chosen appropriately - "Green Quarter" (Yeşil Mahalle); in this mega-complex there are 168 bungalows with an area of 59-89 square meters at once.

The place for the "Green Quarter" was chosen near the village of Elmadzhik, surrounded by mountains.

The complex differs in that its inhabitants will have the opportunity to grow their own vegetables and fruits in the adjacent territory, where special areas are allocated for this.

Housing is also a privileged bungalow houses, made in two different design options.

Clarifying the information on the "Green Quarter", the Chairman of Yeşil Vadi Rafet Orhan said: "The project that we have launched will be the first example of a "return to natural life", which people from all walks of life strive for. Our residents will be able to enjoy growing their own vegetables and fruits, away from the noise and stress of the city, and live peacefully in the heart of nature".

To clarify, the "Green Quarter" is only two hours away from Istanbul; so, if someone cannot leave the metropolis during the week because of work, it is convenient to come here for the weekend. In addition, in light of the earthquake hazard of Istanbul, this location is especially advantageous.

The company is also working on other projects - complexes with a series of detached buildings. Among them are Green Pearl Villas in Silivri for 59 villas; all of them have already found their owners. Another project has been launched, for 35 villas.

Recall that in Istanbul and the surrounding area, not only apartments and houses in different residential complexes are sold, but also land plots.
