Istanbul Municipality (IBM) announced that it is going to sell at auction three plots of land belonging to it located on the territory of the province. Namely, in the areas of the megalopolis Kyatkhane, Basakshehir and Pendik.Auctions for the sale of land will be held until January 11, 2023.
The area of the land plot located in the Gyursel quarter of the Kyakhane district is 98.40 sq.m; in Ikitelli-2 (Bashashkshehir district) - 451.67 sq.m; and, finally, the plot in Pendik is estimated as 536 sq.m.
The zoning status of all the plots that the municipality will put up for sale is defined as a residential zone; that is, residential buildings can be built here.
The starting cost of the plots is stated as 2,361,600 Turkish lira (TL), 8,040,000 units and 12,646,760 units, respectively
Earlier, the profile media wrote about a large-scale sale of plots in Kusadasi, Aydin province; and in the fall of 2022, an action attracted a lot of attention, under the terms of which, when buying a land plot, it was possible to get a car as a gift.
