RAMS Global has announced the launch of pre-sales for its new project Rams Beyond Istanbul in Maslak (Istanbul district).
The details of the project have not yet been fully disclosed to the masses; however, it is known that it will be built on an area of 11 hectares, and its "composition" will include both offices and a hotel of an international hotel brand.
It is curious that Rams Beyond Istanbul will take the place of the failed project "Diamond of Istanbul" from Hattat Grubu holding, which was said to become "... the Eiffel Tower in Istanbul." However, the construction of the skyscraper was not approved by the municipality of the city. Although Hattat Grubu already has a successfully implemented project consisting of a hotel with 380 rooms, 90 residences, a shopping center, a commercial block with 578 offices and parking for 1 400 cars.
Be that as it may, the Istanbul Municipality has banned the construction of buildings higher than 45 floors in the metropolis since 2017. And the players of the sphere will find out the details of the new Rams Beyond Istanbul project pretty soon.
Earlier we reported that there are difficulties with zoning of territories in the Istanbul Canal area, although the Istanbul Canal itself is very important for the country's economy. In particular, it will contribute to scaling up economic cooperation with Panama.
