In Bursa, the fourth largest metropolis in Turkey, Nilufer is "gaining momentum"; housing is in great demand here. The Emlaksayfasi portal published data on the number of transactions concluded in this area in 2022.
Namely: over the past year, 54,277 transactions of purchase and sale of residential residences (houses or apartments) took place in Bursa. The record holder was Nilufer, where 19,718 transactions were recorded. 45 are mortgages, 15,173 are other types of transactions (that is, without involving housing lending options). 7,253 purchases were made in the segment of new buildings, 12,465 - in the segment of secondary housing.
Bursa is considered one of the most convenient cities to live in Turkey: according to a recent rating, it was on the eighth line in the TOP 10. Large housing complexes from well-known developers are being built here, one of the recently announced ones is Bursa Gemlik for 509 residences in Jihatli.
