The project of the residential complex from Turkish Airlines (THY) continues to attract attention.
This is a social project in the Arnavutköy district of Istanbul being built by two companies — THY and Emlak Konut. The name of the new complex is Yenişehir Evleri Arnavutköy, and we wrote here about quotas for population groups who will be able to try to get apartments in this community as part of the draw.
The first-year payment remained the same, despite inflation: TL 7,500 for a 1+1 apartment, TL 10,000 for a 2+1 residence and TL 15,000 for a 3+1 property. The beneficiaries will be determined by drawing lots through a lottery. However, the date of the draw has not yet been announced: it is expected in the coming days.
The key requirements to participate in the lottery: applicants must be residents of Istanbul (live in it) and have no housing. Selling the apartment in less than 5 years, except for force majeure situations, will be off limits. The lucky ones who will get apartments in the lottery, in addition to a loyal monthly first-year contribution, will need to pay a 20% down payment.
