So, if earlier payments were offered for the purchase and assembly of very modest lots on your land plot - in fact, "detached apartments" of the 2 + 1 format and an area of several tens of meters - now you can get a subsidy for much more spacious objects.
As the number of those wishing to build a prefabricated house has increased significantly, competition has intensified among manufacturers of factory housing. Companies in this segment, one after another, began to announce sales and promotional tariffs.
As a result, in March 2023, it became possible to purchase a 4 + 1 prefabricated house - that is, with four bedrooms - only starting from 280 000 Turkish lira (TL).
Namely: now such a 4 +1 house is offered on the market at a price of 481 900 TL. At the same time, if the buyer has the right to state support - which in the case of prefabricated housing is 200 000 TL - then, in fact, such a house can be purchased for only 281 900 TL.
Despite the fact that it is not necessary to pay the entire amount at once: you can take out a housing loan, and try to negotiate an installment plan.
