Sales have officially started in the Istanbul Big Country project

In one of the landmark projects from Akyapı, a company with 25 years of experience in the real estate market, sales have finally officially started.

We are talking about the Big Country villa complex, located in Buyukcekmej (Istanbul). In this «city of villas», 126 residences are offered to buyers, all are detached mansions. The investment cost of the project is estimated at 1.2 billion Turkish liras (TL).

The villas have unique views of Lake Buyukcekmedje and the Marmara Sea. Buyers are offered options 4+1, 5+1, 6+1 and 7 + 1, with their own gardens of different sizes (from 750 to 1980 square meters), in each you can arrange the landscape to your liking.

Taking into account the exclusivity of the project, in a matter of months from the moment potential buyers learned the details about Big Country, more than 5,000 pre-orders (pre-orders) were received. Management reports that «...we think that demand will continue to grow».

Among other «high-profile» complexes that will soon be built in Istanbul, it is worth mentioning No 27 Residence in Beylikduzu and Stüdyo House in Yspartakul; both are the «offspring» of Özyurtlar Holding. And another unique residential complex will appear in the heart of the metropolis, near Topkapi - Dia Centro Topkapi.
