The Bahçeşehir Gölvadi Housing and Construction Cooperative (HBC) project has officially started. Moreover, it is really huge: 2,500 residential units will appear here. Based on the average of three people per apartment, the total estimated number of residents is 7,551.
The HBC infrastructure will also include 17 stores. The total amount of investments is TL 4.869 million. It will be located in Bahçeşehir, Esenyurt.
The residential complex will consist of almost a dozen and a half sections. The apartment layouts are 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1. According to the number of housing units, parking in Bahçeşehir Gölvadi is planned to be divided into 2,930 parking spaces, of which 149 parking spaces will be reserved for the disabled.
Bahçeşehir Gölvadi is planned to be put into operation in about three years. 200 people per shift will work at the construction site.
The media wrote that housing prices in the most sought-after Istanbul areas and, for example, in Texas (USA) have almost equalized. So, real estate in Istanbul remains one of the most sought-after in Turkey.
