A new residential complex for 353 residences will appear in Ankara, the capital of the Republic of Turkey. In addition to housing, 85 stores are planned here.
The complex was named ONYX Ankara; the place for it was chosen in Sinjan. The preliminary project has already been approved, and the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change has started the mandatory environmental impact assessment process for modern projects.
The area of the land plot is more than 21,000 sq.m. Within the framework of the project, it is planned to erect three blocks - A, B and C; residence formats - 1+1 (221 lots) and 2+1 (126 lots), i.e. with one and two bedrooms. Prices start from 2.25 million Turkish liras.
Sinjan State Hospital is located in the immediate vicinity of ONYX Ankara; the complex itself is within walking distance (about 1.7 km) from the center of the district, and about 25 km from the center of Ankara.
Recall that not only residential and commercial premises, but also land plots are available to investors in the capital, including foreign ones, although there are some restrictions on land for buyers from among citizens of other states.
By the way, Ankara is becoming more accessible in terms of transport convenience: the YHT high-speed train network is expanding, so that from a number of settlements to the capital can be reached not only by plane and buses, but also by railway. Most recently, a new Ankara-Sivas route was opened, due to which the travel time between the provincial capitals was reduced from 12 to 2 hours.
