A new multifunctional complex, including 167 residences, 94 offices and 88 shops, will appear in Konya. The developer is Ahlatçı Otomotiv Inşaat.
The complex will be built in Selçuklu. It will consist of four queues-blocks. The land area is 25,300 square metres. The total building area, including blocks A, B, C, D, will be 122,699 square metres.
The layouts of the residential lots range from 1+1 to 4+1. The complex is going to be built within two years.
Multifunctional complexes are an actively developing segment of "hybrid" (residential and commercial) real estate in Turkey, so it concerns one of the richest cities in Turkey — Konya. These MFCs will be implemented in several major cities of the country, including in the capital (in Etymesgut), Istanbul's Ataşehir district and others.
