The Dekar Yapı developer is building the branded Dekar Şehirbahce complex in Istanbul, in the Basakşehir district. There will be apartments with separate entrances. However, the feeling of an "independent home" is enhanced by a small garden for each residential lot.
The layouts are 2+1 and 4+1, with 2 and 4 bedrooms. There will be 181 properties in total. They occupy a plot of 41,000 sq. m. The residents of the complex and their guests will also have access to an outdoor swimming pool, a cafe, a children's playground, a basketball court, a so-called landscaped pool and spacious walking areas. In addition, each apartment will get two parking spaces. Moreover, they are covered to be saved from the winter rains in Istanbul.
Thus, the complex offers an oasis-style lifestyle atypical for Istanbul with its own green area in the middle of urban life. Another unusual option is an installment plan after the complex is put into operation: you can move into your apartment and pay for it later. Such plan is uncommon for residential projects.
This loyalty may also be explained by the fact that US dollar equivalent housing in Turkey and Istanbul has been declining for several months. So I don't want to lose money.
