Banking structures continue to actively "dump" the confiscated residential real estate they received from the balance sheet. Halkbank announced another promotion, this time under the motto "a little more expensive than for nothing".
Which is quite true: the residences previously selected from defaulters, formally classified as "second-hand", are put up for sale at a price of only hundreds of thousands of lira.
Among the lots offered are, for example, housing with an area of 70 sq.m - for 162 000 TL, 106 sq.m - for 190 000 TL, 60 sq.m - for 204 000 TL, 160 sq.m - for 226 000 TL. This is, in particular, in Mardin.
A residence in Gyumyushkhan was also put up for auction for 360 000 TL (127 sq.m.) and for 484 000 TL - in Konya (315 sq.m.). But here the price is explained, rather, by the high cost of the area.
And here are some of Halkbank's actions that took place earlier: the bank offered apartments, in particular, in Ankara, as well as in the provinces of Agra, Ordu and Shyrnak.
