Manufacturers of prefabricated factory houses (standard layout, which are easily and quickly assembled on any plot of land with a purpose for residential construction) have announced another sale. Now we are talking about small two-storey buildings with an area of 140-150 sq.m.
Now they can be purchased from 940 to 983,000 Turkish lira (TL), which in terms of rubles is less than 4 million.
Promotional factory houses are designed as villas and in most parameters are not much inferior to standard reinforced concrete structures. Except perhaps the standard design: after all, mansions and villas are often built according to an individual project, or the finished project is adapted to the wishes of the buyer.
Otherwise, factory-built residential buildings are just as convenient and comfortable, while cheaper. In addition, for them, just like for "standard" residential real estate, you can take a housing loan or request an installment plan.
Earlier it was reported that prices for factory houses, taking into account subsidies from the state, available to a number of categories of citizens, start from 100,000 TL. Some stocks imply quite substantial subsidies to households with low or below average incomes.
