Detailed data on residential real estate sales in Istanbul for February 2023 have been published.
In the second month of the year, 14,980 residential real estate units were sold in Turkey's largest metropolis, which is 18.7% of the total number of transactions in Turkey.
Of these, 3,167 were implemented under mortgage lending programs. 11,813 lots were sold in Istanbul without mortgage "support".
In the segment of new buildings, 3,912 lots were sold, in the segment of secondary real estate - 11,068. By the way, in February the metropolis took first place in Turkey also in terms of sales of secondary residential real estate.
And Istanbul is still popular with foreign investors: 1,133 residences have been sold to citizens of other countries this month.
