A four-star hotel will be put up for sale at a sought-after resort on the Aegean coast, namely in Marmaris (Mugla province).
The accommodation facility will go under the hammer for debts.
We are talking about the Maya World Marmaris 4* hotel (IQ Marmaris Hotel), which is located 100 meters from the sea, the promenade and beaches, as well as 10 km from the center of Marmaris: in the Icmeler district.
The capacity is 73 rooms or 146 beds, the usable area of the five-storey building is 3932 square meters.
The approximate starting price is 19,668,850 Turkish liras. The auction will be held on October 12, 2022.
Recall that this summer it became more convenient to get to Fethiye, Marmaris and Bodrum: Russian air carrier Aeroflot simplified transportation to the airports of Dalaman and Milas (Bodrum).
