The Ministry of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change and Real Estate Regulation and Supervision Agency listed a land plot in Korkuteli, Antalya Province. Many buyers are interested because its location makes the land plot suitable for residential development – an important factor for a resort region.
There are 856 square meters of land. The listed starting price is 454,000 Turkish Liras (TL), with the usual 10% collateral (TL 45,400) to participate in the bids.
The property will be sold by tender on August 17, 2022.
You might remember that purchasing land in Turkey is popular now, particularly taking into account that it is sometimes easier to buy some land and build a home there or even re-sell this land later at a nice premium. And you can get good deals on such plots, specifically at tenders conducted by municipalities and other state agencies. For instance, land was recently sold in Antalya Province at prices starting from only TL 7,000 per plot.
It is also possible to purchase a land plot in Istanbul where such properties are listed from time to time. One such plot was recently listed by the Üsküdar municipality.
