The municipality of Dikili (Izmir province) announced the sale of several land plots at once. The auction will take place on November 24, 2022.
Allotments are located in the districts of Bakhcheli and Katralany (one each), but the main number of them is in the Ismetpasha quarter. The area of land plots varies from 307.5 to 451.88 square meters; the starting cost per square meter is from 16,000 to 160,000 Turkish lira (TL). The most expensive plot is located in Bakhcheli: 5,336,250 TL, the cheapest – in Katyralany: 535,000 TL. Plots in Ismetpasha range in price from 1,120,000 TL to 3,165,000 TL.
In Izmir and its environs, land plots are being actively bought up and new projects are being announced. So, the new TanUrla project will occupy 278 hectares at once. It was also reported about the start of accepting preliminary applications for lots in the elite Soytaş Foça project, geographically between the Old Foca and the New Foca.
