In the first ten months of 2020, a record number of properties was sold in Turkey - 2,241,850 units. The total value of sales was 414,308,468,608 TL. This information was published by the Main Cadastral Department of the country. In October, despite the gradual cancellation of the mortgage program, the growth of real estate sales in Turkey did not stop. For comparison: in ten months of 2019, 1,782,036 units were sold (including land plots, commercial real estate). This year, the sales exceeded the wildest expectations of market experts, and the total sales revenue doubled compared to the last year's results.
