The municipality of Kyzyljahamam (Ankara province) reported that almost 2.5 dozen land plots were put up for sale. The auction will take place on January 4, 2022 at 11:00 and will be held by open bidding.
The land area varies almost tenfold: from 746.56 to 7215 square meters. The starting cost ranges from 0.4 million to 3,247 million Turkish liras (units).
The plots currently belong directly to the municipality, so that unpleasant surprises from their purchase, problems with the owner, etc. cannot be feared.
