A good opportunity has appeared for those wishing to purchase land in Ankara and the surrounding area: the Ankara Municipality has put up for auction 21 land plots belonging to it at once. In addition, 3 jobs and 1 residential residence were put up for auction.
The proposed plots are located in the districts of Chankaya, Chubuk, Etymesgut, Pursaklar and Yenimahalle; the starting price ranges from 1.7 million to 111.356 million Turkish lira, depending on the location and size of the land plot.
Land in and near the largest cities of the country is considered one of the most profitable investments in non-residential real estate. Recently, the Istanbul Municipality also offered five plots, and the minimum price was only 175,000 Turkish lira.
According to TÜIK, non-residential real estate is now sometimes sold better than residential.
