New details have become known about the project - a «hybrid» of urban and rural life, which will be built on the Aegean coast, Bodrum.
Recall that there will be residences of the 2 +1, 3 + 1 and 4 +1 format, including 117 villas: both «summer» and year–round living (it even has fireplaces). The area is from 110 to 260 square meters.
Now the developer has announced more detailed information about the infrastructure that turns this large-scale residential complex almost into a paradise on earth: walking paths, a recreation area, a children's complex, a restaurant, a multi-purpose sports ground (for basketball, football, tennis), swimming pools, a private water park, even its own central square.
As for the «rural» components for leisure and not only, then, in addition to the mandatory fully equipped barbecue area for such a complex, there is a poultry house, bases for the production of agricultural products, etc. In the complex, which developers serve as a «city for natural life», there are even residences with their own outbuildings.
Sales of the complex started a few months ago. Now the next stage has begun. At the moment, about 40% of the lots have been sold.
Bodrum is one of the most expensive resorts in Turkey, while it invariably remains among the most popular: last season there was such a demand for it that the authorities were afraid of overloading people.
