So who is Gökçe Gabriela ALAN?
I was born in Istanbul in 1977, I spent my childhood on Ortaklar Street in Mecidiyeköy. After primary school, I studied at Notre Dame de Sion French Girls' High School, where I spent a total of 8 years, 2 years preparatory, 3 years middle school and 3 years high school, and graduated from this school in 1996. Afterwards, I graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Economic Sciences, Department of Economics in 2000 with a degree. I actually started my business life in the textile industry during my university years. After graduation, I worked for about 15 years as a Brand Manager and International Sales and Marketing Director in the fashion sector, especially High-End French Brands Acquaverde Jeans, BGN Paris and Beyaz Boutique. During this period, I lived in Paris for 3 years and Los Angeles for 2 years as part of my job.
In addition, I was constantly traveling, especially in Europe, America and the Far East. In 2014, I moved to Bodrum with a radical decision. I have worked as a freelance sworn translator in French and English languages, taking a sworn translator memorandum due to my foreign languages and overseas experience. Although my field of expertise is legal translations, I also have published book translations. I have been serving in the real estate sector for over 5 years in order to ensure the highest satisfaction of both buyers and sellers, by directly reflecting to my services my brand awareness and marketing vision in international standards, which all this career has imposed on me.
