Why are Turkish developers so successful? Turkey's development companies offer high quality of their projects and ensuring reasonable prices (it is profitable to invest in real estate in Turkey, as property prices are steadily growing). In addition, Turks are good at building a cultural dialogue with buyers and investors. A large share of Turkey's projects are developed internationally.
