Apartments in Antalya increased in price by 30.67 percent!

Residential property prices continue to considerably rise in Turkey, with the highest growth rate in July recorded in the provinces of Antalya (30.67 percent), Sanlıurfa (28.88 percent) and Gaziantep (24.17 percent). The TOP-10 provinces, where housing prices rose the most, also included: Adana, Konya and Izmir, Ankara, Bursa, Istanbul and Kocaeli. The average growth rate of prices for houses and apartments in Turkey in July 2020 reached 19.5 percent, the average price per square meter of housing became 2,514 lira (€ 290).

Why did property prices rise the most in Antalya province? The answer is because Antalya is the tourist center of the Republic, with high economic, demographic and social indicators. It is one of the most developed provinces in the country. Emlak Kulısı, a specialized publication on real estate in Turkey, reports that apartment prices in Antalya have been growing for four years in a row and have increased by 30.67 percent over the last year alone. The average cost of a square meter in Antalya today is 2,825 liras, the average cost of an apartment is 347,475 liras (about €40,000). The return on investment for apartments in Antalya is 17 years.
