Установлены гидрофор, солнечные коллекторы для горячей воды, система отопления и подготовка для кондиционеров. Сад оформлен с покраской стен, есть два входа — для гостей и для автомобиля. Также предусмотрено освещение на стенах. Вилла предлагает два парковочных места.
