Real estate in Samsun has risen in price in popular areas to two million

Samsun Province is steadily "getting more expensive" in terms of housing: in the most popular Janik district, the average sale price of a residential residence has almost reached two million - 1,939,950 Turkish lira (TL).

 

The analytical portal of real estate valuation Endeksa, continuing to publish a series of reports on urban assets, provided information about the next province. The next "stop" of Endeksa was Samsun.

 

The population of Samsun is 1,368,488 people. There are about 700,000 (693,331) residential lots. The most popular area - Janik - is also the most "valuable" from the point of view of real estate: the average rental price of one square meter here has reached 54 TL, the average price of one unit of real estate is 5,718 TL, and the average selling price of one square meter is already equal to 14,370 TL.

 

As a result, in the territory of Janik, the average sale price of one lot is, as mentioned above, almost 1.94 million TL.

 

As for the rental market, in Samsun for 5,000 TL, you can count on the opportunity to rent a house of the following area (by district):

 

Alacham - 198.81 sq.m.;

Bafra - 203.25 sq.m.;

Kavak - 190.62 sq.m;

Vesikepru - 190.48 sq.m;

Thackeray - 132.24 sq.m.;

Ayvajyk - 150.92 sq.m.;

Yakakent - 141.56 sq.m.;

Atakum - 79.06 sq.m.

 

Recall that the average price of a housing unit in Turkey this spring reached 2.3 million TL.
