  • Sultanbeyli - 9 TL per square meter, the annual growth rate of the rental price - 4.13 percent;
  • Silivri - 10 TL, the annual growth rate of the rental price - 13.26 percent;
  • Sancaktepe - 10 TL, the annual growth rate of the rental price - 7.93 percent;
  • Sultangazi - 11 TL, the annual growth rate of the rental price - 9.77 percent;
  • Çekmeköy - 11 TL, the annual growth rate of the rental price - 9.38 percent;
  • Pendik - 11 TL, the annual growth rate of the rental price - 7.61 percent;
  • Tuzla - 12 TL, the annual growth rate of the rental price - 8.4 percent;
