Prices for rental apartments in Istanbul by districts in 2020

A list of current prices for renting apartments in Istanbul by district has been published. Emlak Kulisi, the real estate publication in Turkey, has reported that rental prices in new buildings in Istanbul are increasing almost daily today. A large number of apartments bought during the mortgage boom are rented out at a higher price as the rent allows owners of mortgage housing to pay off the loan.

So, what is the rent of an apartment in Istanbul today? The Hürriyet newspaper, which published the price stats, took into account 2+1 apartments located above the ground floor, in houses not older than ten years. The monthly rent for such apartments in Istanbul ranges from 800 TL (€90) to 7690 lira (€870).
