Turkish construction companies move to Ukraine, Bulgaria, Macedonia and Romania

Recently, Turkish developers have been moving to Europe at an increasingly dynamic pace. They buy or lease a large amount of land, build real estate for various purposes and take part in large-scale farming investment projects. If earlier the main directions for Turkish companies included the countries like Sudan, Pakistan, Argentina, Malaysia, the USA and Ethiopia, today European countries (Ukraine, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Romania) have become the priority areas for Turkish developers. Today there are almost 16 thousand Turkish companies. Romania became the second country in the world with the largest number of Turkish investment companies operating on its territory (the first place belongs to Germany). The total volume of Turkish investments in the Romanian economy exceeds $ 7.5 billion. The total authorized capital of companies operating in Romania is $ 812 million.
