Large investment and construction companies in Turkey are increasingly moving to Europe. We have already talked about the fact that Turkish developers working abroad have to look for new markets today. The internal problems in Russia, the Middle East and North African countries, with which contractors from Turkey have worked so far, forced construction companies to switch their interest to the countries of the Balkan Peninsula, in particular, to Montenegro. The Turkish contractors are favored by the government and companies in this country, showing support at all levels. Therefore, Montenegro has become the most attractive country for Turkish investors and builders.
At the projects that the Turks will build in Montenegro in the coming years, most of the workers will be Turkish residents. In addition, Turkish developers are planning to bring all construction materials with them. Turkish developers are going to construct luxury residential projects with five-star hotel facilities.
