Istanbul Financial Center is now open

The banking "wing" of the Istanbul Financial Center officially opened yesterday, April 17, 2023. The ceremony was attended by key players of the business world and the banking sector.

Recall that the Istanbul Financial Center is a new huge business complex in the largest metropolis of Turkey: office space alone occupies 1.3 million square meters. It also includes a shopping center with an area of 100,000 square meters, a congress center for 2,100 people, coworking spaces, as well as a 5* hotel.

The commercial areas in this Class A building are equipped with the latest technology and meet all international standards. Well, a "smart city" system has been introduced into the management of the building.

The Istanbul Financial Center will be chosen as their "headquarters" by the largest banks and other financial organizations that will place offices here. It is also worth clarifying that the demand for rental of office space and space on the territory of the shopping center was higher than the area, in principle, the available square meters for both of these "profiles". So, they were dismantled long before the official opening. As for the shopping center, it is not surprising: it is assumed that this shopping center, which will house not only stores of popular world brands, but also world-famous restaurants, will have up to 100,000 visitors daily. The length of the corridors alone in this shopping center is 3 kilometers.

Well, the 5* hotel is designed for 325 rooms, including suitable for long-term stays.

The financial center of Istanbul with its modern offices and coworking facilities is designed to meet the needs of all employees from Turkey and abroad at the highest level, according to media reports.

By the way, the building of the Istanbul Financial Center has become the tallest in Europe.

And in the near future, the largest national park in Turkey is expected to open in the metropolis.
