In Turkey, an increase in rental prices is observed. The online real estate appraisal platform Endeksacom released stats according to which the national average annual growth rate of rental prices is 15.07 percent. The biggest rise in rent is observed in Diyarbakir, Eskisehir and Antalya.

- The increase in rent rates in Eskisehir is 24.92 percent, the average rent is 903 lira (about €100) and the average rent per square meter was 11 lira.
- The cost of renting an apartment in Antalya increased by 23.29 percent over the year and amounted to 16 lira per square meter, the average cost of a month's rent for an apartment in Antalya is 1,625 lira (€175).
- Rent of apartments in Ankara has also noticeably increased: by 16.79 percent per year. The average cost of renting a square meter of housing in the capital of Turkey is currently 11 liras, and the average monthly rent is 1,336 liras (about €145).
- The rent in Istanbul has risen by 16.24 percent over the year and amounted to 17 lira per square meter (1,598 liras or €172 on average per month).
The rent in Izmir has risen by 14.02 percent over the year and now averages 15 liras per square meter. The average monthly rent in Izmir is 1,640 liras (about €180).
