Transactions for 2,430,623 units (residential, commercial, etc.) took place in Turkey from January to September 2022, on the territory of 81 provinces.
For nine months, they turned out to be 1,027,784 units of residential and commercial premises; 423,591 land plots; 687,241 lots; 110,080 jobs, etc. As a result, the owners acquired property totaling almost 28 billion Turkish lira (27,901,295,813 TL).
Istanbul naturally became the province with the highest rates of real estate sales. From January to September, 300,549 transactions were made in the largest Turkish metropolis.
Ankara is in second place with 154,657 transactions.
